Competition Terms & Conditions
- Only 1 entry per user is permitted
- The Competition is not open to the following people:
- a. The directors, advertisers or employees of Commmunity Connections Online ("the company"), or any partner of the company
- b. The spouse, life partner, parent,ed for cash.
- The competition draw will take place on the date as determined by the company.
- The prize will only be issued after the close of the com child, brother, or sister of any of the persons specified in a) above.
- Prizes are not transferable and cannot be deferred or exchangpetition.
- By entering the competition, you agree to receive occasional future correspondence from the company and sponsor of this week's prize as well as future prize sponsors. You can opt out at any stage by sending an e-mail containing the relevant details with the subject line “opt out” to info@stellenboschconnect.co.za. Winners may be required to appear on the company's website or other promotional or advertising media, for which no fee will be payable.
- Entrants enter into the competition, and use prizes won, at their own risk. Neither the company nor any of its partners / advertisers can be held responsible for any accident, injury, harm, loss or damages as a result of entry into the competition or the use of a prize.
- Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone.
- The company and its partners reserve the right to cancel the competition without notice at any time, if deemed necessary in their opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of their control. In the event of such cancellation, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse against the company, its employees, agents, partners, sponsors or promoters.
- The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Competition winners residing outside of Stellenbosch are responsible for the cost and organisation of delivery of prizes should they not be able to physically collect their prize in Stellenbosch.
